How to Check the Tier Limit of Your Account?

What is tier limit?

Tier Limit indicates the maximum number of customers you can message within a 24-hour rolling window.


How to Check Tier Limit on the KwikEngage Panel?

Follow the steps below to view your messaging tier and related account details:

  1. Login to the KwikEngage panel:
     https://kwikos.tellephant.com/

  2. Click on Getting Started (first option on the top-left menu).

  3. Once you enter the Getting Started section, you will see a summary panel displaying key account information, including:

    • Tier Limit (maximum customers you can message in a 24-hour window)

    • Onboarded Number

    • Number Status

    • Number Quality
