How to add Quick Replies / Canned Responses?

This will help the agents to reply the customers efficiently by choosing from pre defined responses text message instead of typing the replies manually.

How to set up/save Quick Reply ?

  1. Click on quick replies in the setup section.

  2. Click on “ CREATE QUICK REPLY”

  3. Give the name of the quick reply.

  4. You can add image,text, video as per your requirement.

  5. Enter the TEXT.

  6. Click on save.

  7. This will reflect in the Quick reply icon (snapshot below) in the chat window with the customer. 


Note: 

  1. Quick Replies can be set up from the admin panel only. However, these are available for use for all agents. 
  2. There is no limit on the number of Quick Replies  and any number can be predefined on the panel, as per business requirement. 
  3. Quick Replies can be searched / chosen from the dropdown in the chat window with the customer.
