How to see Analytics on KwikEngage Panel?

Analytics Overview

Analytics provides valuable insights into the performance and revenue generated through your flows. It helps track customer engagement by showing the percentage of users interacting with your templates.

The Analytics section displays the following key metrics:

  1. Messages Sent 

  2. Messages Delivered 

  3. Messages Seen 

  4. Clicks 

  5. Click-Through Rate (CTR)

  6. Sales 

  7. Orders 

  8. Buyers 

  9. Recovered Carts 

  10. Recovered Amount 

  11. Recovery Rate


Steps to Access Analytics:

  1. Login to the panel at https://kwikos.tellephant.com/shopify-insights.

  2. After logging in, click on Analytics from the left-hand menu.

  3. Inside the Analytics section, choose either Campaign or Automation based on the data you wish to view.



Campaign:

This section displays the analytics of your previously executed campaigns, including key performance metrics such as delivery, engagement, and conversions.








Automation:

This section provides detailed analytics and revenue insights generated from your Abandoned Checkout flows and other automations running on the panel, including customer engagement, recovered carts, and conversion data.
