Modified on Thu, 31 Jul at 11:55 AM

To view all outgoing communications (messages sent from your side to customers), please follow the steps below:

 Accessing Logs
Go to the Logs section in the panel.
You’ll find various filters such as:
• Outgoing Messages
• Incoming Messages
• Templates

Outgoing Messages
• This section displays all the messages and flows sent from your panel to customers.
• Example messages include:
• Order Fulfilled notifications
• Prepaid Order Confirmations, etc.

?‍♂️ Searching for a Specific Number:
• Use the Search bar on the right side.
• Enter the customer’s phone number with the country code (e.g., 91XXXXXXXXXX).
• You can also use the Date Filter to narrow down results based on specific time periods.

Incoming Messages
• This section displays session messages received from the customer.
• For example:
• In a COD Order Confirmation message, when a customer clicks “Confirm Order” or “Cancel Order”, that action is logged here as an incoming message.

Templates
• The Templates tab gives detailed insights into messages sent via approved templates.
• For each message, you can view:
• Phone Number
• Template Name
• Automation Name
• Message Status:
• Delivered
• Seen
• Accepted
• Failed

Note: Marketing messages may fail due to Meta’s frequency capping.

Using Filters in Templates Section:
• Click on the Filter icon next to the phone number field.
• You’ll find three filter options:
Status – Filter messages by status (e.g., Delivered, Failed, Seen).
Templates – View messages sent using a specific template.
Automations – View messages sent from a specific automation.

• You’ll see a list of all active, disabled, or testing automations.
• Select one and apply the filter to see all related messages.
