How to setup Automation flows on KwikEngage Panel?

A. COD Order Confirmation

You can set up two types of COD confirmation flows:

  • With direct cancellation on Shopify

  • Without direct cancellation on Shopify

Steps:

  1. Login: kwikos.tellephant.com

  2. Go to Flows > click Create Flow

  3. Choose:

    • COD Order confirmation with direct cancellation on shopify ( With a TAG)

    • COD Order Confirmation without direct cancellation on shopify (With a TAG)

  4. Click the selected flow to open and edit it.

  5. Add a name for your flow on the left.

  6. Click the Trigger block, set:

    • Automation type: Transactional

    • Add your test number (sandbox)

  7. (Optional) Add a Time Delay or Breaker from the left panel.

  8. Click the WhatsApp block and:

    • Select an approved COD Confirmation template

    • Choose the right variables: Customer_name, Order_number, etc.

  9. Click Save at the bottom.

  10. Click Save Automation at the top-right to save the full flow.

  11. Your flow will be in testing mode by default (messages go only to your test number).

Flow Modes
? Off = Disabled
? Orange = Testing
? Green = LIVE


B. Prepaid Order Confirmation

Steps:

  1. Go to Flows > Create Flow

  2. Select the 2nd flow: "Order Confirmation Prepaid"

  3. Set a flow name

  4. In the Trigger block:

    • Choose automation type: Transactional

    • Add a test number

  5. (Optional) Add a Time Delay or Breaker

  6. In the WhatsApp block:

    • Add an approved prepaid order template

    • Fill in variables like Customer_name, Order_number

    • For the Order Summary button, use {{order_status_url}}

  7. Save the block and then click Save Automation


C. Order Cancellation

Steps:

  1. Select the 5th flow: "Order Cancellation Shopify"

  2. Setup like previous flows

  3. Use an approved cancellation template

  4. For CTA (Shop More), paste your website URL


D. Order Fulfilled / Shipped

Steps:

  1. Select the 6th flow: "Order Fulfilled Shopify"

  2. Use an Order Fulfilled template

  3. Add tracking variables

  4. CTA: use {{tracking_url}}

E. Order Delivered

Steps:

  1. Choose the 4th flow: "Order Delivered Shopify"

  2. Add a delivery template

  3. For the Shop More button, add your website link


F. Abandoned Checkout – Shopify (No Discount)

Steps:

  1. Select the 10th flow: "ABC Shopify"

  2. Set automation type to Marketing

  3. Add an abandoned cart template

  4. CTA: {{abandoned_checkout_url}}


G. Abandoned Checkout – Shopify (With Discount)

Same steps as above, but:

  • Add discount-related variables: discount_code, discount_value

  • Use the same CTA: {{abandoned_checkout_url}}


H. Abandoned Checkout – GoKwik (No Discount)

Steps:

  1. Select the 11th flow: "ABC Gokwik"

  2. Set automation type to Marketing

  3. Use an approved GoKwik template

  4. CTA: {{gk_abandoned_checkout_url}}


I. Abandoned Checkout – GoKwik (With Discount)

Same as above, with additional discount variables:

  • discount_code, discount_value

  • CTA remains {{gk_abandoned_checkout_url}}


J. Purchase Reminder / Retargeting

Steps:

  1. Select the 4th flow: "Order Delivered Shopify"

  2. Add a Time Delay and Breaker between the Trigger and WhatsApp blocks

  3. Set automation type to Marketing

  4. Use a Purchase Reminder template

     

  5. CTA: Add your website link (e.g., Visit Now button)
