How to Create an SMS Automation Flow?

  1. Log in to your panel
    Navigate to Marketing & Retention > Flows

  2. Click on Create Flow

  3. Name your Flow
    Provide a unique and identifiable name for the flow.

  4. Select Trigger Type
    Choose the appropriate trigger (e.g., Order Placed, Abandoned Cart, etc.)

  5. Add SMS Channel
    From the left-hand panel, drag & drop the SMS channel into the flow builder.

  6. Configure SMS Block

    • Select the required template

    • Choose the appropriate Header Name (Sender ID)

    • Fill in the template variables, if any

  7. Save the Flow Configuration

  8. Finally, click on Save Automation from the top right corner to activate or schedule the flow.
