Log in to your panel
Navigate to Marketing & Retention > FlowsClick on Create Flow
Name your Flow
Provide a unique and identifiable name for the flow.Select Trigger Type
Choose the appropriate trigger (e.g., Order Placed, Abandoned Cart, etc.)Add SMS Channel
From the left-hand panel, drag & drop the SMS channel into the flow builder.Configure SMS Block
Select the required template
Choose the appropriate Header Name (Sender ID)
Fill in the template variables, if any
Save the Flow Configuration
Finally, click on Save Automation from the top right corner to activate or schedule the flow.
