How to Edit or Update an Existing Flow?

Hey there! Ready to make updates to your existing automation flow? Follow this simple guide:



Steps to Edit an Existing Flow:

  1. Log in to: https://kwikos.tellephant.com

  2. Click on Flows from left hand side Menu

  3. Locate the flow you want to update and click the (pencil icon) next to it to edit.



Editing the Flow Details

1. Trigger Settings

  • Click on the Trigger section at the top.

  • You can adjust:

    • Trigger type

    • Automation settings

    • Sandbox number (used for testing).

2. Time Delay

  • Modify the time delay as per your requirement.


3. WhatsApp Step

Here you can make the following changes:

  • Message Type: Choose between a template message or a small session message.

  • Template Type: Select the updated template from the dropdown.

  • Message Content: Review what’s currently shown to users.

  • Dynamic Variables: Make changes to dynamic fields like Customer NameOrder Number, etc.

  • Destination URL for CTA Button:
     Add/update the URL based on the platform. Example variables:

4. Image Type

  • Choose between:

    • Auto-updated product image (from Shopify)

    • Static image upload


Note: If you're introducing new content, don’t forget to submit a new template first before editing the flow. You can refer to the previous guide for the template submission steps.
