How to add funds to your Account/Wallet?

Just a quick heads-up! Your KwikEngage account runs on a prepaid wallet model, which means keeping your balance topped up is key to ensuring everything runs without a hitch — just like recharging your phone! 


If your trial period has ended or your balance is running low, now’s the perfect time for a quick top-up.


Here’s how you can do it — super simple and quick:


1. Log in to your Dashboard - https://kwikos.tellephant.com/billing 

2. Hit the Add Funds button and recharge your account. 


A few important things to keep in mind:


1. Service Continuity: Make sure your wallet has enough balance before the 1st of every month.

2. Payment Methods: UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Wallets (MobiKwik, PhonePe, Airtel Money) – all supported.

3. Smart Tip: Add funds covering your fixed monthly fee plus a little extra to ensure your messaging flows never pause unexpectedly.

4. Still on trial? No worries! The fixed fee will only be deducted after your trial period ends — based on the pro-rata amount.
