How to create Carousel template?

Brief Description: Carousel templates are a type of WhatsApp Marketing/Utility Template, that allow you to send a single text message accompanied by a set of up to 10 carousel cards in a horizontally scrollable view.

  Steps to Follow:

  1. Login to the Panel
     Go to KwikEngage and log in with your credentials.
     
     

  2. Navigate to Template Builder

     • From the left-side menu, click on Template Builder

     • Click on New Template in the top right
       
       

  3. Fill in Basic Details

     • Give your template a name

     • Choose the language of the template

     • Select the Category: Choose Marketing - Carousel

  4. Set Header Type

     • Choose either Image or Video for the carousel cards

     • For images, make sure the size does not exceed 1600px (width) x 800px (height)

  5. Add Content

     • In the Body section, add your bubble text (main message for each carousel card)
       
       

  6. Add Button(s)

     • Choose the type of button to show on each carousel card:

       • Quick Reply

       • URL
         
         
         

7. Click “Add Card”

   • You can add up to 10 cards

8. For Each Card:

   • Add Card Body Text

   • Assign or modify Button Values

     The button text and links will be pre-filled based on your earlier selection, but you can edit them individually per card.

•  Submit for Review

  9. Click “Submit ”

     • The template will go through Meta’s standard approval process

How to Send a Campaign Using a Carousel Template

1. Navigate to Campaigns
   Go to the Campaigns section in your panel.
   
   

2. Create a New Campaign
   Click on Create, select WhatsApp as your channel, and enter your Campaign Title and select the desired Customer List or Segment.
   
   

3. Choose Template
   From the available templates, select your approved Carousel Template.
   
   

4. Customize the Template

   • Upload images for each carousel card.

   • Update the variables within each card's title and body text as needed.
     
     

5. Test the Template
   Send a test message to ensure the carousel layout, images, and dynamic variables render correctly.
   
   

6. Send or Schedule
   Once everything looks good, either Send Now or Schedule your campaign for later.
