How to create a WhatsApp template using QR buttons?

Template Creation: 

Creating or updating templates is a crucial step in building effective order journey flows. Please follow the steps below to create any order journey templates:

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Login to the KwikEngage panel:

2. Once logged in, navigate to Template Builder from the left-hand panel.
   
   

3. Click on New Template.
   

4. Fill in the template details as per your use case:
   

Template Configuration:

• Template Name: cod_order_confirmation

• Category: Utility

• Subcategory: Image / Video / PDF

  • Image: 800x800 or 800x1600 (JPG/PNG, < 5MB)

  • Video: MP4 format (< 10MB)

  • PDF: < 5MB

• Content of the Body:

E.g.

Hi {{name}}, ????‍♀

We have received your order *{{order_id}}*.

As this is a Cash on Delivery Order for *{{order_total}}*, we request you to please confirm it.??

<<QR buttons>> Confirm Order | Cancel Order

Footer Text (Optional):

You may include a one-liner like:
Type “STOP” to unsubscribe.

Note:

• This is mandatory for Marketing templates to prevent your number from being flagged or restricted by Meta.

• For Utility templates, the footer text is optional and can be skipped.

Quick Reply Buttons:

• Enable Quick Reply option.

• Add the following button names:

  • Confirm Order
    

  • Cancel Order

    
    
    
    Final Submission Steps:

    ng the template setup, click Submit.

    • The template will be sent for review by Meta.

    • To speed up the approval process, click the Fetch Latest button multiple times until the status updates.
