How to create tags?

Tags can be a referred as a categorization of customer queries received on the support channel.  


  1. Click on create TAG (https://kwikos.tellephant.com/settings/tags
  2. Give a specific name of the TAG. For Example: TRACK ORDER, FOLLOW UP, ESCALATION, DELIVERY, etc.
  3. Select any color for that TAG.
  4. Click on SAVE.  

Note: 

Please note that details for tags are available in the download of reports. This will help to analyse the data and take business decisions accordingly.
