Segments - the feature is used to run marketing campaigns or target a set of users for messaging. The KwikChat panel gives the option to segment customer data using various conditions such as Order properties, Customer properties, Products / Collections, Checkout Properties and WhatsApp message properties.
Steps to create a segment of customers (as per Shopify data) as per required condition -
Login to KwikChat Account.
Go to Segment List https://kwikos.tellephant.com/segments
Click on create segment.
Give a segment name (Mandatory field).
Create any logic based on your requirement.
Click on Save.
Note - We recommend to wait till the segment status changes from Pending to Completed and then it will display the required data.
