'Send Button' configuration enables the user to choose a status for a conversation and action the same with one click.
Steps to setup the SEND button configuration -
- Click on the Send Button option on the setup section of chat panel. (https://kwikos.tellephant.com/settings/button-setup)
- Choose the option required
- Send - If it is required to SEND a response only and choose the status later.
- Send & Resolve - If it is required to resolve the conversation, after addressing all queries of a customer.
- Send & Waiting - If it is required to keep a conversation in waiting and update the customer with more details, after sending a response.
- Send & Followup - If it is required to followup with a customer, after sending a response.
- Click Save
