How to configure the SEND button on chat support?

'Send Button' configuration enables the user to choose a status for a conversation and action the same with one click. 


Steps to setup the SEND button configuration

  1. Click on the Send Button option on the setup section of chat panel. (https://kwikos.tellephant.com/settings/button-setup)
  2. Choose the option required 
    1. Send - If it is required to SEND a response only and choose the status later. 
    2. Send & Resolve - If it is required to resolve the conversation, after addressing all queries of a customer. 
    3. Send & Waiting - If it is required to keep a conversation in waiting and update the customer with more details, after sending a response.
    4. Send & Followup - If it is required to followup with a customer, after sending a response. 
  3. Click Save
