How to create a template using CTA button?

Follow the steps below to create a Prepaid Order Confirmation template using the KwikEngage panel.

Steps:

1. Login to the KwikEngage panel:
   https://kwikos.tellephant.com/

2. From the left-hand menu, click on Template Builder.
   

3. Inside the Template Builder, click on New Template.
   

4. Fill in the required fields to configure your template as per the details below.
   

Template Configuration:

• Template Name: order_confirmation_prepaid

• Category: Utility

• Subcategory: Image / Video / PDF

  • Image: 800x800 or 800x1600 (JPEG/PNG, <5MB)

  • Video: MP4 format (<10MB)

  • PDF: <5MB

Content of the message:

E.g.

Hi {{1}}, 

Thanks for placing an order on *{{2}}* ⚡

Your order ID is *{{3}}* and total amount is _*{{4}}*_

<<CTA>> Order Summary

Footer Text:

You may optionally include a footer such as:
Type “STOP” to unsubscribe.

Note:

• Footer text is mandatory for Marketing templates to comply with Meta’s guidelines.

• It is optional for Utility templates like this one.

Call-To-Action (CTA) Button:

• Select CTA and choose Visit Website.

• Use the Dynamic Link option to route customers to their personalized order summary page.
  

❗ Important:
Do not enter the URL while submitting the template. The dynamic URL should be configured within the automation flow.

Final Submission Steps:

1. Once the template is complete, click Submit.

2. The template will be sent for review by Meta.

3. To expedite the approval process, click the Fetch Latest button multiple times until the status updates.
